About Us

When and how was No Risk born?

The No Risk brand was founded in 1996, within a world-renowned company in the area of  safety footwear, with the aim of bringing a range of models that combined safety standards  with trends in the fashion world.

Where is No Risk's headquarters?

No Risk is headquartered at Rua do Bairro do Sol, 680, in Guimarães, Portugal. At its  headquarters, in addition to the vast departments, it also has the research and technology  laboratory, as well as the main production workshop. No Risk also has a logistics and  production center in Póvoa de Lanhoso, Portugal. 

Its facilities have more than 200 workers and annually produce more than 300,000 pairs of  shoes.


Where is No Risk footwear produced?

No Risk footwear is produced in Portugal, exclusively at No Risk's facilities, so that quality  parameters are ensured.

What is the lightest shoe?

If you want to walk on clouds, we recommend our Black Panther and Red Spider models. Each  shoe of these models, non-metallic and extremely comfortable, weighs about 400g.

How can I know which size is right for me?

When it comes to comfort and performance, size matters. If you're not sure what's right for  you, check our size chart.


How do I get free shipping?

Simple, our shipping is always free.

Can I cancel my order?

Canceling orders will only be possible if they have not yet been shipped. To know the status of  your order, contact us at shop@norisk.pt.

I bought the wrong size. What do I do?

Send us an email to shop@norisk.pt, with your order number, the size you want  to exchange and the address where you want to receive your new product 

Please note that in order to exchange the product, the product must be sent to us, so that we  can guarantee that it has not been used. Check out our Terms and Conditions

How can I return my order?

You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it, as long as the product has not been  used or washed. 

To proceed with the return, send an email to shop@norisk.pt, informing the  order number you wish to return and proof of IBAN. After we receive the item at our facilities  and after the product's status has been checked by our quality department, if everything is in  perfect conditions, we will refund the amount within 10 working days.
